How to better maintain wheel loader tires.

I. The tire damage form of the loader:

(1) There are four reasons for excessive crown wear due to excessive crown wear.

1. Driving skating.

The load on the loader is too large, the relative adhesion of the tire is reduced, and the roller is driven to rotate, resulting in excessive wear of the crown. The drive wheel leaves black visible signs of running on the contact surface, leaving scratches of length and depth along the circumference of the tire.

2. Insufficient tire pressure.

This will result in increased load on the loader and excessive deformation of the tire, which will increase the running resistance of the loader, result in an increase in tire temperature, and increase the wear area of the tire during travel, resulting in premature wear of the tire. crown. Frequent steering of the loader during operation will result in tire wear in the event of insufficient tire pressure.

3. The tire pressure is too high.

The tire pressure is usually 0.3 MPa. If the tire pressure is too high, the contact area between the tire and the ground will decrease, resulting in an increase in local wear of the crown (middle portion of the tire circumferential direction).

4. The road surface roughness is very poor.

The loader runs on rocks, sand and other material sites for extended periods of time with its hard edges and piercing into the surface of the crown to form a wound. A loader for open pit excavation, the front axle drive tire can only be used for 1.5~2, and the powder is loaded (concrete site), the tire service life can reach 4~5 years, the difference is obvious.

(2) The irregularity of the crown colloid decreases, and the abnormal wear of the crown will be further aggravated once the colloid is peeled off. The reason for the decline in colloids comes mainly from two aspects. First, the road conditions are poor. After the rock material is blasted, the working surface is frequently traveled or leveled. The long and thin edges of the pavement are cut into the tread of the colloidal material to form a deep wound. In addition, driving the roller skating will inevitably lead to some colloids. Block formation; Second, the original tires have defects in the renovation (such as injuries, process defects, poor materials, etc.), the tread wear resistance is poor, the external force naturally falls off.

(3) The driving process of the rolling tire loader highlights the stone, steel, screws and thin materials at the edge of the road. If the angle is right, it is easy to puncture the carcass, while the tires and tires are damaged at the same time.

(4) Clamp the clamping tube to cause folding in the inner cavity of the tire. Drivers or maintenance personnel to replace the tires, if you choose a large size inner tube or inner tube into the tire cavity, the use of fillers (closed tires to penetrate the wound) and other reasons, resulting in the inner cavity of the inner cavity distribution is indeed inappropriate, will produce clamping phenomenon, Repeated inflation of the tire during driving, causing damage to the pipe.

(5) There is no adjustment or replacement of the part loader. The driver does not have or does not change the tire during the tire process. The tire is replaced when it is scrapped. Some loader 4 tires even have different degrees of wear. Especially for the front tires, when loading the loader, most of the loading bucket loading materials and lifting devices are located on both sides of the tire. Due to the different heights of the tires, the lifting device is kept vertical on the ground, and the front frame and the lifting device are bound to be generated. The following work should be done: 1. Use tire-specific protection chains at rock work sites to reduce damage to rock materials such as tires. 2. The degree of wear of coaxial tires should be approximately the same, that is, the principle of simultaneous replacement should be used whenever possible. When the loader goes straight, the speed difference between the transaxle final drive is different due to the difference of the drive on both sides of the rolling radius of the coaxial wheel (or the two sides of the tire can not make the loader realize the straight line to increase the burden), the difference. 3. In view of the same conditions, the front axle drive tire wear is greater than the rear axle drive tire, and the front axle tire can be replaced periodically to the rear axle.
